氮氣破裂

Air Products 供應的壓裂流體用氮氣,可為特定地層中的水基流體提供效能和成本上的優勢。雖然水基壓裂流體因價格便宜,且能以良好方式將支撐劑傳送至裂縫中,所以廣泛用於液壓壓裂,但水基壓裂流體也有其缺點。水基流體不適合用於水敏地層,因為它們會在裂縫周圍造成水飽和與粘土膨脹,這可能大幅阻礙從裂縫到井眼之間的碳氫化合物質量輸送。在水敏地層、枯竭的儲藏和淺地層中,氮氣破裂流體是水基流體的最佳替代方案。

用於商業應用的氮氣壓裂流體主要有四種:純天然氣、泡沫、通電和極高品質 (霧氣)。泡沫壓裂流體一般是由水基系統和含量介於 53% 到 95% 之間的氣態氮氣所組成。若氮氣低於 53%,則視為通電壓裂流體。若壓裂流體氮氣含量高於 95 %,則視為霧氣。另外第五種是低溫液態氮氣破裂流體,雖然過去也曾受到使用,但鮮少用於商業用途,因為其材料和設備需求較為特別。
